so overall I am a +\-. For me to improve this vote please work on your maturity. That is the one thing I REALLY think you need to work on. You have excellent knowledge of the job. You have great in game activity, but not on ts. Work on the -pieces and I will give you a +1.

I'm a +1. :) You are dedicated to the server, eager to help, good at your Helper duties, and (I believe) ready to take on a position of more leadership as a Moderator. You have made some missteps along the way, but acknowledged them gracefully and learned from them. In staff discussions, you impressed me with your reasoning, and I can easily see you in a role with more responsibility and involvement.
