Alpha Nations Problem

Bug: [Towny] Only admins can create new nations.
Time/Date of Report: Sat, December 13, 5:00 PM EST.
Steps to reproduce:

/warp alpha
Be in a town that has a nation
Not have enough money to make a new nation (or not, idk honestly)
/n new
Observe weird bug.

You don't actually have to have enough money to make a nation for it to occur, as I didn't, but perhaps it's something else. IDK.

Actually, I didn't check if the same bug is in beta, but it probably isn't.

I talked to Reggles about this, and he thinks it may be because you are already in a nation? Because Admins can create nations whilst in another nation, so apparently you just need to be promoted to admin ;)

It is. Hippapajo's error is that he didn't do /n kick (or /n leave) before creating a nation. There is no bug, its simply a misstep.
