Night Vision +1, low abuse potential, not too powerful.
Magic Carpet -1 - Magic Carpet really does suck, and people use it to trap people, block people's way, etc. You can also go up with them but it's dang near impossible to go back down. :)
Coloured Names - / + - Decent, but this might make chat just insanely colorful and harder to read, but I won't say that has a certainty because I could be wrong.
Enderchest +1 I really can't give a reason of why not.
Rename Items +1 for maybe Supreme + or above, it's really not all that OP, but cool.
Keep Death on XP -1 Because I dunno, seems a bit much.
