TheNinjaOrange25 - 2.5mil Refund (denied)

Unfortunately, TheNinjaOrange25 was banned for x-ray in a final attempt to gather enough money for Ultimate, I promised he could have 2.5mil to contribute towards that rank, and once he got it, he would sort the money out with me.

After he was banned, my 2.5mil was never returned, and if this isn't dealt with, that money will be wiped, a great loss for me.
I was trying to help a friend, but it didn't go to plan, so I'm requesting a refund of exactly 2,500,000 Meebles.

I don't think they would refund you 2.5mil as your friend got banned with it.
It was your fault for giving and trusting him with the money and then he got banned.

I wasn't the one scamming though, and I find this totally unacceptable. It's a large amount of money, but I'll see what else I can do about it :P

This is basically a loan. In loans, there are no refunds. Only wipes.
Because TNO's appeal was denied, his money is basically gone already. A perm'd player's items are wiped if their appeal is denied, very few exceptions.

Well then... It would appear that I have just lost 2.5mil :/

This request is denied. - Loans are considered a scam only for the fact we issue a ban for non-payment. However, items belong to whom they are in possession of, meaning once you sent the 2.5M to him, that was *his* money. The wipe is applicable to the entire sum, including the 2.5M.

About the only recourse you have is to file a report on non-payment of loan for punitive action to be taken, but the 2.5M itself is non-refundable, and wiped.
