Were you banned? Were you inactive? Do you own embassies? Any of these could lead into a result of lost money.

I don't own any embassies, shops, towns or anything like that and I already tried filling out a /modreq twice and both staff members said to put it on the forums

I found the culprit. You were recently banned for griefing and fined 363,377. Moving to completed due to that.
