CinnamonTiny Make sure you are the Mayor.Do the following commands in the Towny world./town set perm off/town set perm resetTa-da. Residents will not be able to break outside of their own plots and outsiders cannot build unless they own an Embassy. Good luck! :)
CinnamonTiny Resident perms are off by default.~ @allyourminesNo they aren't. Mine and others were not when we made our towns.

CinnamonTiny In all honesty these are always the two commands that stump me the most lolI wish towns automatically had resident perms off by default. :(
