Duping

I was dicing GummiBirr 10k and he was building his town on top of a really high island in the air. I thought it would be cool to jump off, and when I died all the items in my inventory duped (Skwisher picked them up when I was trying to lava them). I'm curious as to what I should do here, as well as what causes this glitch. Thanks

I dont think it was duping, It was a server bug, when you died, you did /back and skwisher picked the items up. In that case it doubled the items which stayed on your inventory and skwisher picked them up. (Possibly)

This is just a result of lag. It rarely happens.
