Urgent - Don't have permission

Guys, I just tried to talk on global and this is what it said:

I basically can't do any commands, I tried quitting minecraft and going back on, it still is like that. Help!!!

I got it too...

no permission for anything but /p and /t, as far as i know.
-tried /fix
-tried /spawner
-tried /modreq
-tried /warp (anything)
-looked at tab and saw he had no rank at all
-tried to chat (/g, /msg, /r, even local)
-is losing hope

someone fix this please

I died in lava then instead of spawning in Spawn I spawned at the start of city parkour?

We are aware of this issue Onis and cooleys are working on the server at this time. it should be up soon as they finish.
