You are very nicely active on the forums, which is a huge plus from me! As you can probably tell from my amount of posts, I love the forums, and anyone active on them, so this is immediately a good thing from me.
However, while you certainly seem able to be literate in your posts, I don't often see you doing that, along with very rarely do I see you posting in the places I deem most important.
These areas are Report a Bug, Q&A, and Staff Recruitment. I normally include Suggestions in there, but considering you already post there often (albeit most of the posts are short,) I didn't count it.
Despite this, I've noticed a huge positive attitude from you which makes me confident in your abilities to make others feel good about themselves :)

Much like on the forums, I've noticed great activity from you on here. I see you talking consistently whenever I see you online (sometimes I stay up real late and see you online :P), which is great.
I don't think I've actually ever seen a mean or even borderline rude word come out of your mouth (figuratively). You are constantly being kind and helpful in shout, and I'm guessing this extends to other areas of the server too.
You have a wonderful personality that you really let shine through on the server! I think it's a perfect fit for Helper! This all leads me to believe that you only have the best interests of others at heart!

Introduction ||
Hello all members of Meepcraft, my name is Jayde Laws, I am a 14 year old female who lives in South Africa. I would like to think of myself as an outgoing, creative and dedicated person, I fortunately enough have expressed my personality through a truly life changing discovery I made in early 2012, this was the year I fortunately discovered Meepcraft.com. Ever since I joined Meepcraft in 2012, my dull days immediately transformed into endless absorbing hours staring at a computer screen advancing my skills by tackling all the opportunities Meepcraft offered. Two and a half years later, here I am still engaging in the server.
When I am not absorbed by Meepcraft, I like to spend my time ice-skating. Ice-skating is one of my absolute favorite things to do when I have the opportunity. The reason it is so entertaining to me is because I can now use the skills I have acquired to assist others around me that struggle or need help because I am passionate about assisting others when I have the chance.
Ah, basically a perfect introduction. You did well with giving your hobbies and your personality, along with keeping it short and sweet. I love it.

As I mentioned above, I do ice-skating and I help people who struggle to get a grip on things, This takes a lot of patience, people skills and dedication. I have also been a mayor of two metropolises and co-owner in a couple as well which takes a great quantity of dedication and time to manage the towns. I have been a helper two times before on MN and once on old Meep, so I am familiar with some commands helper requires but not many. Due to the amount of time I have spent on this server, I am familiar with the majority of the commands.

I am a very hardworking person when it comes to getting a job done, I admire challenges that are handed to me and take the task at hand in a very serious manner. When a job needs to be done, I put all issues, feelings, beliefs and jokes aside and get the task done as efficiently as possible. If I am given any task, I tackle the given responsibility with a positive, willing attitude in order to get the most satisfying result.
I just can't fault you.
When I need to get something done, my quality of commitment and dedication goes to a significant peak. I take all necessary responsibility required. When needed, I am willing to give a lot of time and energy to completing whatever needs to be done at any given time. I have a compelling passion for helping out and making a difference in whatever I do, whether it is fixing things or helping the community in some way.
I think I'm in love with your application.
I have dedicated an excessive amount of time into the server. I spend most of my time on Forums and in game as I am passionate about interacting with people and engaging in activities offered by the community. Whenever I am in game, on TS or on forums, I get absorbed into communicating and interacting with people by debating various topics that are raised. I also frequently take time out of my gaming to assist people to the best of my abilities in chat if it is needed.

I believe I am ready to be a staff member because I am familiar with the community and how things are run. I am prepared to offer my time and skills to the community and I am ready to embrace the responsibilities that come with being a staff member. Due to the two years I have spent on the server, I have the basic knowledge of the rules and the consequences of breaking them.

Weaknesses ||
· TeamSpeak- Now, I understand that TS is a major aspect of the server and I need to be active on it, however due to my Time zone, whenever I go on, there is a lack of activity and no one really to talk to or interact with. I also struggle with connection occasionally which causes my teamspeak to cut out making it immensely challenging to have a conversation. This results in me using skype because my connection handles it better. I plan on going on more often and I am planning on getting a better connection this December to better my issues.
I'm probably gonna get flack for making any part of your Weaknesses 'good', but seriously, I couldn't have written this any better. You covered all the bases; the issue, why it occurs, and what you are doing with it.
· Low Tolerance for arrogant and aggressive people- I tend to get quite aggravated and snappy with people who think highly of themselves and treat others with disrespect. This can sometimes result in words being said that fuel the situation, I plan on improving my attitude towards the way I handle the situation and become more levelheaded.
The only reason I marked this as 'neutral' is because I wish you would have explained more about your plans to help with this, but I can't really fault you on that because you did pretty darn good, it's hard to explain that sorta thing.
· Lack of knowledge regarding helper commands-
I do not have much knowledge on helper commands and abilities, I may need a bit of assistance getting a grip on the commands from someone.
It's alright to be worried about this, but this will be covered completely if you get accepted. Don't worry in the slightest.
Conclusion ||
In conclusion, I strongly believe I have what it takes to become a staff member. Meepcraft is an amazing server and it is growing slowly ever day, I would like to be a part of the journey and take on the challenges being a staff member offers. I feel I have explained myself to many of you and I hope those who don’t know me now have a bit of an idea as to who I am and what I offer.
