Try /res to see if you own any other plots. It tells you how many plots you own.

We have no proof of this loss, and we can not eco in 10 million meebles for a refund we have no idea of. Also looking at review of logs the economy did not go down 10 million on that day or days around it, its actually done up. I would check embasy plots

After you check your embassy's.

If one put tax up to millions or a huge amount..
Maybe staff are able to look at the past with a certain plugin at the time.

But if a player randomly raises taxes significantly to get money without letting them know; that is bannable.
