Sorry if I'm not allowed to post here, but did you even PAY? I asked other people if you even donated and a message showed up. No one said anything which tells me that you never donated. Also this question:

If you weren't online, you need to be online in order for the rank to come through.

There is no need to accuse such things. Why would he lie about getting Exclusive, why not lie about getting a more expensive rank. Let him get online tomorrow and post what he needs to do.
