CAPS ISSUE

CAPS ISSUE WHEN USING /R (ONLT /R).
THE RECIPIENT CAN SEE THE CAPS BUT YOU CANNOT.

who cares?

In certain areas of the server, you can use caps in /msg, and in others you cannot.
This REAAALLY confused me. o.O
