Lost Meebles

Hi,

I recently paid $30 to purchase 1,000,000 meebles in-game. After I paid, I saw the message in chat stating I had been awarded my 1,000,000 meebles, but when I went to start a new town, I got an insufficient funds error. When I checked my balance, it was 0, which means I also lost the balance I had before I donated (it was minimal though). Any help would be appreciated.
