My vote for now is a +/- 0. I don't see you very often, but when I do, I've seen you be kind, helpful, and mature. :)
But especially for someone who doesn't talk a lot, your application didn't really tell me much about you or whether I should support you as staff. I would've liked to see a little more thought put into your "Why" and "Weaknesses" sections, along with at least some attempt to answer the "Hours online" questions (which could give people a better idea of how active you are in-game). An interview might be a good opportunity to flesh out those answers, but it might also be good to have a more solid application going into it.
If this isn't accepted, I do hope that you apply again. :) Either way, keep up your forums activity (and try using the forums to help people and the server when you can - like in Q&A, Suggestions, and Report A Bug), and don't be afraid to shout a little more in-game and be more involved in the community!
