The 6 "empty" blocks under the pig spawners now hold buggy pistons. Please destroy cords are in picture town name is silverfish. This was caused by the server crash (i suspect that those pistons were EXTENDED when the hard drives failed) Which would explain why the other 3 sides are ok.

Did you try restarting your client? If not, then do so. Whenever you log into the server, it should send you the packets of all of the chunks, which should allow the world to boot up properly.
