Stuck in Alpha Town, glitched

Hello,

My Character Tmuet is stuck in Alpha, and I keep getting kicked for being glitched in a celling and the system thinking I am flying.

Could I get my character moved from Alpha to either Spawn or Beta.

When being 'kicked for flying', you are online for a split second before getting kicked again, sometimes you aren't able to get on at all.
