Were you online the server when you bought the rank? You HAVE to be online the server so the rank can come through.

You're going to have to wait for an admin to reset your rank. All of the nessesary info is here, so all you can do it wait.
If you chargeback, you are immediately banned from the server, and have to pay a $20 fee to get unbanned.

well, is your IGN jammydodger or jammydoge? The forums account is completely irrelevant in donating; it is the IGN that counts.
Also, were you:
-ingame?
-is the username correct in terms of capitalisation?
