+ In-Game Activity: You're on In-Game often.
+ Forums Activity: You are very Active on the Forums, and almost every time I see you on, you're doing something contributive to the Server.
+ Experience: You were a Mod for 2 1/2 Months (Estimate) you know pretty much everything there is to know.
+ Teamspeak Activity: You're extremely on Teamspeak
+/- In-Game Helpfulness Via /shout: You don't really seem to help players that ask questions in /shout
- Demotion?: I don't know why you were Demoted, but it seemed pretty serious.

I think you're ready for another chance as Staff ;)

I don't think people realize how many stupid unnecessary comments like this we get in staff applications all the time. On every staff application, at least, there is some stupid comment that offers nothing to the conversation other than the knowledge that you are a biased moron who is incapable of providing insight to the conversation. I don't care if you think Bob is a "nice guy." We have too many "nice guys" on our staff team and nice guy does not equate to responsible or professional.

As for my opinion of you, I think you were an... interesting type of staff member. I think you handled your demotion better than most but you still are very close minded and are not open to other's opinions. When I see you post on the forum, I have to question what you are thinking sometimes, and you know what I'm talking about. Sometimes you will go completely off task, repeat what has been said, or just ramble ramble. I have rarely seen you positively contribute to an issue on this forum. However, you are an active member in the community and you seem to be friendly towards many members. You have lots of dedication however I am going to have to see you work more on your maturity because to me you don't act like the 13 year old you say you are. I understand you have attitude problems like you say you have, but from my perspective, you are going to need some more work on those before I will support your addition to the staff team once again.

I don't like that you kept your demotion so quiet for so long, I thought you resigned. Your reasons are very vague and don't give me any reason to trust you at the moment.

I will not be apologizing for my blunt honest opinion but I will apologize for all these fangirls of yours that are too childish to actually give a constructive comment. I still think it is ridiculous that I get forum banned when I give stupid comments but staff members (@@bass_flow ) are allowed to do the same thing I did with no sudden or instant repercussions.

Also, I don't like your statement (@@BobJonCreeper ), as there is a chance Bob won't get accepted. You saying an optimistic comment like that makes you look like a liar and is incorrect. This isn't the first time I've had to call you out on what you have said and I believe you should watch your comments, as they always are very expectant.

+1, you seem to have learned from your mistakes, and you were a great staff member! Btw, I never knew how much alike we are! I have been playing piano since I was 5, and although I was never in FLL, I am in FRC which is I think just a step up. Stay in it! -1 I had trouble with you when you were in my town you were childish and would not vacate my town even though embassys were not allowed you continued to stay and even have Andrew leave a sign not to "threaten staff" so I did anyway. Because I don't listen to your dad as it has said on his forums tag. I will always -1 you because you showed me how staff really act and ever since this I have had very harsh felling toward some staff. waiting to see this accepted because ALL STAFF STICK TOGETHER.

Bob! I'm happy you're applying again. It's a +1 from me for Helper. :) You're very hard-working, active, dedicated, and helpful. As staff you were often eager to go "above and beyond" what was required of you. You can also be very friendly, kind, and encouraging.

You do have some things you can work on - and you know that, because you've acknowledged them as weaknesses in the application. (We talked about another concern of mine on Skype that's more personal, and I'm pleased with how that discussion went!) There are some issues with your attitude and with rudeness. It's natural to get frustrated and even angry in certain situations. And trust me, I know what it's like to want to blurt out the first thing that pops into your head. ;) But we have to be very, very careful about this as staff. Staff members represent the server, and if we are rude to players or are impatient with them, that reflects poorly on MeepCraft. It takes time and practice to work on this - mainly just remembering to pause before you hit "enter" or "submit," and learning how to better express yourself. I would need to see consistent evidence that you're working on this before supporting a Mod app, but I believe you can do it.

I'm also a little concerned about your demotion, because I don't know the full story, but I'm glad you acknowledged some of it publicly in the app. I understand your desire to keep some details private, especially if you dispute them. I'm hoping you at least get the chance to address that in an interview!

Hi Bob-

We would like to inform you about a possible interview time. There will be a staff meeting at 8pm EST this Sunday (10.12.2014). There will be interviews 2 hours before that and then interviews following the meeting. We are hoping to get the majority, if not all, the interviews done so you guys aren't sitting in there forever.
