Bug: As you can see on these two appeals http://meepcraft.com/threads/seems-legit-3-the-return-of-nancy.31988/ , http://meepcraft.com/threads/how-many-times-did-i-rules-violate-again.32000/
There's obviously a bug with a forum ban that changes the ban to permanent before unbanning, and leaving the user wondering why...
I can make a forum alt to test this if needed, or use my old sister's.

I don't think this is a bug, it's more issues with timezones making people think it's perm. Except iitz; that had to have been done manually, if it really is perm.

I believe it has a time when you are to be unbanned. I'll test it on my alt.

I was actually dealing with this on my Rules Violation ban. Did it stay perm? It could be lifting the ban now. One guy on my ban appeal for the forums said it's evolving to be lifted or whatever.PS: The "How many times did I rules violate again?" appeal was by me. I told the staff to deny it cause of what the guy said was true, and I was unbanned, not permed.

It does, but for a very short amount of time. Nara said on my appeal that his "perm" lasted 3 hours-ish. Mine lasted 30 minutes, then got lifted.

just to say this, I don't think this is a glitch or bug. I've dealt with it, I wouldn't clarify it as a "glitch" or a "bug" or whatever. Probably because the text doesn't say the lift date, and is processing to lift.
