lost my town after server restart to supposedly fix Alpha

so... they did a server restart to fix alpha... it was broken for a few minutes and you would be stuck in the towny spawn and werent able to move... they restart the server and i log back in and bam.... i dont belong to a town when i had my town made and had plots made and such...

my towns name was pelotita.... what happened here?? i spend at least 600k getting materials and getting situated...

Here's some proof of 0becca0 creating the town and depositing money. I found no /t withdraws. When I went to the spot where the town was created, the spawn structure was there but it was unclaimed. I've claimed one plot as an outpost to keep it from being raided.

I'm guessing there was a rollback associated with the reboot. Moving to refund requests, as this is less a bug and more a request to see what can be done in the terms of a refund.

then where may i post this, ive never had an issue with meepcraft until this happened. if there was a rolback wouldnt that have given me all of the meebles that i used? i had 700k - 730k meebles before i started the town of Pelotita.

im sorry, i just want to get ths fixed, and everything will be yay again as it was.

The thread has been moved to Refund Request, but I'm reporting this to staff as a bug just in case. Today I found another town where the same thing may have happened, and I'm not sure whether it's due to the rollback or something else.

If it doesn't get sorted out soon, 0becca0, I can expand my outpost and let you claim the plots so you can at least recover the items. :) I'll keep you updated.

kari, thank you again you are a really good staff member and i appreaciate everything you do also what you did for me.

i think it was maybe due to a roll back, because before the server restart my town was fine, but when we all logged back in we would all be stuck and would disconnect due to a packet error, and people would have to type /spawn to solve the dc issue. then when they fixed the Alpha problem, thats when my town got deleted.

i would love to get all the quartz back kari =) but ATM we are getting attacked.. i lost like 150k worth of quartz block because theres 2 people logged in as like 70 accounts and making the server crash by paying 1 meeble to all people online. i lost money again.. another roll back and half of the spawn i was at.. is gone -_- whats wrong with meep?

I'm sorry. :( I don't think the money will be refunded this time if it was directly caused by the rollback, but we'll see what an admin has to say on your other thread. When we're both online at the same time, I'll teleport you to my outpost and unclaim it. That way you can get your quartz back, which should help pay for your losses. :) Just send me a message here when you can get ingame, and I'll try to meet you.
