[FONT=Verdana]Application: The application was lacking, yet had some validity. If you end up having to reapply, I suggest sectioning your applications, and going in depth on each one of your qualities.
Activity: This is a big plus. While I see many mods on when you are, I believe you would be useful because of the oddity of your activity. You get on when mods are on, but they get off before you do; then making you be able to aid in work on modreqs, forums, etc.
I have had positive experiences with you, but I cannot deny these above comments. They have a big influence on my vote.
