Here is what Cooleysworld responded to you before the thread was archived:
"After checking the buycraft history, no successful transaction exists for a Supreme rank in your username. This is could be 2 things, 1. Never bought rank, or 2. It was charged back.
Please try to provide transaction id and or receipt and we can confirm."
I know you don't have a receipt, but you just proved that #1 isn't true with your screenshots. So it sounds like it might be #2, and the Supreme rank may have been charged back. :(
