Summary: So basically I cannot access my minecraft account, I have contacted mojang, but I dont know how long that will take. I would like for everything I own to be transferred to TripppleB123 because that is my alternate account this includes my rank, my town, my balance, etc...What proof is needed for this to happen please let me know asap.

Sorry for posting, but have you ever tried changing your password on your minecraft account?

If you have access to the account's email, use the "Forgot My Password" option. It should send you an email with a string of letters that you can use as a temporary password and then change.

If he can't access the account, then he won't be able to change the password..

Mojangs customer service sucks, They are useless. At the max, all what they will do, is ask you for your transaction number from your purchase do the account, and if you don't have that. You will have to contact Curse, and they will help retrieve your proof of purchase.

There's also the email way, But I'm guessing this is the first thing that everyone does when they can't get on their account. As chrisandmatthew said to go with the "Forgot my password" procedure, this will be the easiest way, although the automated service which deals with email verifications/Support emails also suck, On all of my minecraft accounts, I've has trouble receiving support emails.

Or you could join in and ask people on the Mimecraft Help IRC chat, http://webchat.esper.net/?channels=minecrafthelp, they will help you out, and will thoroughly explain every procedure possible for retrieving your account, plus this is a much quicker way than contacting mojang.

Thanks for the help as you thought I did try changing the pass through email and that kinda didn't work because my accounted wasn't migrated and I think the person who hacked my account migrated it to their email so it shows a different person than mines email, and I will try out what you guys said but I might have some trouble since I bought this account a couple years back and idk if my mom can access the transaction for this account

Vaeyne if you get on the phone with Mojang support, just have your receipt (from the initial purchase) at your disposal. As long as you have that, they can recover your account information and reinstate you as the person in control.

This account is over 3 years old and when I was of that age my parents kept receipts for my stuff at that time. I asked my mom if there is any information on the receipt or transaction id and she told me that if it's not important she gets rid of receipts yearly. I have already abandoned this account as I have another that I've put an extreamly secure password on.

Migrate your alternate account to your email. That is common practice that should he done with minecraft accounts nowadays.
