So he was shouting selling $10 league card code... and i msged him and i said 250k... So he accepted it then he told me the code... I asked him if it didnt worked he would give the money back. So i payed him the money and he gave me the code. I put the code in the code in League and it says its not valid. Now he wont respond to me and Iatemyfriends came and helped me.. So here is my proof.

No, that's not the rule anymore. The rule is that you can buy things that aren't ranks and meebles, staff just won't moderate it, due to the fact that they don't know if it's actually used or not. Sorry, but you will most likely not he receiving a refund.
