I refuse to give you anything but a full +1 You have improved in the past week or two so much its crazy. You are the one who taught me how to PvP and you were great while doing it :D I did have to bug you though because you stopped piping xD. When I finally did defeat you, you were grateful in defeat and you made it fun to hang out with you. We always hang out on Skype together and as a former staff I can say you have what it takes :D

Iate, I've seen a heck of a lot more minimodding than helping, and you overreacted when a staff jokingly called a player a noob. On your last app, you quit trying a few days later because you wanted to PVP, showing you may be dedicated, but only untill something comes around that's better. Tbh, I see you working for a few weeks then burning yourself out and either resigning or getting demoted, which...really sucks. Your maturity has improved vastly over the past several weeks, even if it sounds cheesy it counts.

Iate...You have come along way. You use to be horrible if I may say....you were just immature big time! But you have improved a lot. You are more active in all aspects. Teamspeak, in game, forums, and skype. Yes I said skype...
The app was great! I'd honestly like to see you have a chance at helper...at least a interview. +1 For me good luck!

My standards really got lowered after Tapout something and savvvy became staff, so +1, why not.
Great app, very hard working and good looking, 2.5x more mature then the next guy. Just in case this were to be deleted as non constructive

Except for the fact that you've been a nuisance for the entirety of your career on Meep up until 2 weeks ago when you started acting "helpful". It's not hard to look helpful in shout, and you're past actions far outway your obvious attempts to get staff these past couple weeks. You might be able to brown nose some mods into thinking you're a good choice for helper, but I'm no Bob444444.

-My biggest issue with this: last time you tried for staff (or were going to try), you tried for a week, got bored, and became even MORE immature than you were before. I'd prefer you to go on longer before you get staff. Last time, I believed you had changed; I don't know why I should vouch that you have this time. -Why you want staff: I'm not completely sure if you want staff to be staff, or to help.
You've come really, really far from where you used to be. I haven't seen you PVP much, rage at all, or be generally unpleasant in quite some time. Keep it up, tell me why YOU want to be staff, and I'll be leaning much more to the positive side of things.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet, because I could spend literal hours contradicting myself.

Iate; For a long time, I literally knew you as 'a pvper'. I never talked to you, as I kept out of pvp myself. However, recently, that changed.

I know that personally we've had our ups and downs; I've even had to ban you a few times, which believe it or not, I don't like doing to people.

I hate to bring it up, but I was honestly worried when you got extremely mad at me in shout about a ban that I had more or less forgotten about. You quite honestly insulted me a bit, although I was also just plain sad because I'd liked the way you were headed.

I have to say that you have a lot of issues with getting caught in the heat of the moment, which is not all that great for staff. I know for a fact that you always feel bad about it afterwards (evidence is that after the specific argument I mentioned, you apologized to me in /mail and made a point to be as friendly as possible to me whenever you saw me), but it doesn't excuse the fact that you do it in the first place.

I wouldn't mind if you got interview this time, and if you do, I definitely want to be there.

I'm a +/- 0. I think you could be a very good staff member, but I have my reservations, and that mostly has to do with timing. I encouraged you to wait a little longer mainly for this reason - I personally need more time to believe the improvements you've been making. Not that I think you're purposely deceiving us. It's just that, like Fang said, I want to be convinced that you'll be able to keep it up. Change is often a few steps forward and a few steps back, and it's understandable that you might slip up every now and then, but as a staff member you would have be extra careful about your behavior. I'm a little concerned about what would happen once there's no application to motivate you.

About those improvements, though! I've seen you be kind and helpful in the past, but you've really stepped it up recently. :D You have also worked on your immaturity (which has been a big problem before), while keeping a sense of humor, and I'm pleasantly surprised to see that you're willing to give up something that you know can bring out rage and other negative behavior from you. You're very active, and you know a lot about the server, especially PvP. IF this gets denied, I hope you don't give up, but instead keep working to improve yourself and try again! (Edit: Even though I said I need more time, I'm glad you went ahead and applied, because the feedback you're getting now can help you out.)

Thanks for the constructive criticism! Hotasian, how do you think I can clear myself and my reputation? I would love to hear it! :) And I know that I have a problem with Mini-moding. I will definitely work on it!

A couple of us have spoken to Iatemyfriends about the "mini-modding" issue, and he does seem to have backed off a bit. :) For those reading this who may be wondering what that is - trying to help staff (and other players) is very welcome (and can be a great way to prepare to apply), but trying to BE staff and do our job for us is a little much.

Sorry, but I'm going to have to -1 this application. Despite the fact that you have numerous sexual content bans, I see you being quite immature in game. While you are active and I'm sure you're an exceptional person in general, I just cannot see you in a staffing position given your history and my experiences with you.

But then again, people can change. However, I just don't think you're ready.
