IGN: Supershot1200, creating the refund request for player="Overspleen"
Refund requested: 300k to Overspleen
Description: Overspleen created a new town in Alpha, but since he is new to owning a town, he did not know about depositing money into the town bank, and it fell the next day. Basically, I'm making the refund request for him so that he can try owning a town again, this time learning from his mistake and depositing money into the town as well. He does understand that this most likely will not get accepted due to this being because of his lack of knowledge in the town owning commands, however in his defense the walls of text at Alpha spawn that contain these commands are scary and confusing to players who don't understand it, and
I feel that he should be given a second chance at owning the town after sticking with the server for months in order to collect enough money to own a town.
