Yes, go to where ever he lives and tie him to his computer, and only untie him once he has agreed he won't step from admin.

No we cant take any risks, we must keep him tied. We also will need some weapons, so he doesn't try anything sneaky.
More security - place landmines outside his house, strap an electric tether, and force him to play.
