I hawkeyed qaz's chests and the player jblopez16 appears to have taken items for him, but he was already banned for it.

Regarding the item frames, I'm not 100% sure if it was the same player. Hawkeye does not log item frames therefore the amount refunded to qaz will decrease to about 50k. Sorry, qaz but we cannot confirm that your item frames were in-fact broken.
