Introduction: Welcome to my second Moderator app. My name is Dawson, I live in Pennsylvania, USA and I play video games and soccer. My second helper app was my accepted one, so lets hope for the same with this :D
Being part of this team has been my best Minecraft experience. Past servers weren't as tight knit as these guys, so thank you for accepting me into your family. I want to become Moderator because, honestly there are things that you cannot do just as Helper. Using the commands /fly and /god, I'll be able to watch over PVP areas, and catch those pesky Hackers. By having the ability to ban, I can deal with getting people who shouldn't be on Meepcraft off faster. I can make the forums a more happy and safe environment. It is my dream to be able to do all this, daily.
Why you should be Mod ?
Time and Dedication: I have a lot of time on my hands, as I am cyber schooled during the school year. I have some summer school to finish up (Getting ahead :D) so that is restricting me from my possible times. The times I listed stand with summer school. I try 110% with anything and everything. I strive my hardest to keep bumping up what my best is and try to finish a job the best I can.
Working Alone or Together: I work well in teams, and I enjoy being in them. It creates a more fun experience while getting the opinions of others in the group, henceforth making the job done better and sometimes faster. I can work on my own, as I have been cyber schooled my entire life. I have never had a C or lower on my report cards (If that means anything about working alone).
Creativity: I think creativity sparks better ways for the server to enjoy themselves, and for us staff to enjoy ourselves. I love coming up with ideas to keep our community happy.
Friendly: I love making jokes, and hanging out with everyone on TS and ingame. One of the best things are having fun with you guys.
Communication and Problem Solving: The most important thing, ever, is to communicate well. I communicate well and try to use my best explaining for certain situations. I solve problems well, by myself or in a group. I have this experience because, once again, cyber school. I work on my own and have developed my own special skills for problem solving.
Seriousness: I try to be funny, but if need by I can become serious and get the job done. I try to work with serious cases in complete seriousness. This gets the job done faster, if it requires seriousness.
Experience: I have been staff on a number of other servers and staff here for over a month. I have delt with many, if not all, infractions on Meepcraft. For staff, you may see I have not made every report, but I have helped other staff members on their reports. I am a master at HE, its as simple as could be to me now.
Work Ethic: I work with great precision in great time. Like I've said before: cyber schooling. It's taught me to work hard and get it done in a good amount of time. My motto is "A job not done is better than a job half done."
Weaknesses:
Screaming/Rage: I rage. I get mad at games, and I flip a little. I do it all for humor mostly though, and I have never made an irrational decision during times of rage (Other than exiting the game).
Stress: My families has gone through and is still going through a lot, so I'm really stressed out all the time. This can cause me to be inactive every once and a while for at most a day.
What I have learned since my last Mod App: I have delt with many more reports, been to more meetings, and become better friends with more people. I have more experience than my last app, so thank you for denying that (Don't hear that often, eh?) but I feel ready now.
