To be completely fair, when my account was hacked (before I knew it would be recovered), I had been told no rank transfers regardless of the situation. AS much as I feel for you, it would be inconsistent to give you the rank and not all of the other people who post in this forum.

Funny thing, Rank transfers happen more often than you'd think. Most notably, 7ace getting his rank transferred to Snorehax when 7ace got banned, and having his rank (now ultimate) transferred back to 7ace after getting that account unbanned.
So if Staff can be inconsistent with 7ace/Snorehax (who was originally banned), why can't Staff be "inconsistent" with xj3r3myx (who hasn't caused any trouble, IIRC)?
[EDIT] I can understand not transferring ranks between accounts simply because one was banned (*cough* 7ace/Snorehax), that's completely fine. Too many alts to allow that. But when someone gets hacked, like in xj3r3myx's case, why can't that account be banned and the ranked moved to a new one?
It almost feels like you're better off breaking the rules, getting punished, and whining to be forgiven, rather than following the rules. This system is screwy as hell.
