Hoppers In Beta Use Quantum Physics O_o

IGN(In Game Name): I wonder what it is : P
Bug: When I put items into a hopper or chest in beta and they connect to another hopper or chest and I go into the menu for said hopper or chest that is having items moved out of it/through it the items which are supposed to move through it/out of it don't though the second I get out of the menu the items move normally. Because I can go into the menu and right out of it and then right into the menu again and items will be gone from the chest/hopper.
Time/Date of Report: around 6 hours ago
Steps to reproduce: Use the steps I used to find this in the bug section.
Evidence: You can reproduce it easy enough, that and I don't know how to record/post videos from overwolf.

When a hopper should move an item from say a chest you're using it instead freezes and doesn't move items until you're no longer in the menu for the hopper, and the chest it's transferring items from or two.

Its a MC bug. Something like the BUD effect

You should be lucky that this the only problem. In 1.8 hoppers power and unpower automaticly you have to log off and on to update them .

I don't know if this is a big directly attributed to the server. Could you try testing the same setup you have on your beta plot in a single player world?

The thing is this is never suppossed to happen you can put items in a chest over a hopper connected to another chest and you will see items moving in/out of it, it's not something I did.

No its not criticizing your building capabilities, I just would really like to see if this happens to you in singleplayer because it may just be a minecraft based issue and not on our side.

Of course it's beta I just tested it, and I will now post screenies of something you can try in beta alpha and single player.

Just go into creative put a stack of items into the chest on the top and watch the items magically vanish into the other chest. This for some reason does not work in beta. O_O

I actually know why this would happen.

Skynet is currently testing how its understanding of quantum physics works in a digital world so it's using something no one would ever expect, it's using the beta test towny world of some random minecraft server. Once it's done with it's tests we'll have the terminator version of Weeping Angels...aka WE'RE ALL DOOMED!!!
