Moved back to Refund Request. :) From the comments here, it appears the player did receive the 1,000,000 Meebles he donated for, but after using some of it, the rest disappeared. There was a balance wipe glitch that caused problems for some players around this time.
1)Were you offline for a long time?
2) Do you own chest shops?
3) mayor of a town or staff in a town?
4) proof of your /res before the money was missing
and last but not least...
5) banned recently?

Bloxoh, I know it's been a while, but can you answer any of these questions? It will help us figure out what happened and get you a refund if one is needed. If you can't, I can do some research of my own.
