Muunkee I tested this with Hippa.If someone sets it fs for any amount, if you have enough money in the town bank, you can buy it back and still keep the money.
Fly3232 no you need the mayor to go over it and to /plot claimit works for me :p~ @Thee BossYeah that was what I was thinking(my first thought), didnt know co-owner couldn do that.
abbythrowsstuff I understand this issue, I have it a lot myself. The only way I've known to remedy this was doing /t unclaim in the area. This completely regenerates that bit of land and effectively removes the resident. This will reset that entire plot area.
