Lady_Hestia Though I haven't been on in the last few days I know that you are almost if not completely ready for this. You always put the players above yourself in everything. When Reggles said that you didn't I was shocked O.OI always come to you when I need someone banned/staff assistance because you are always reachable though skype, even though it doesn't add to your modreq count when you help that way. You are great with new players and on ts. The staff team is VERY lucky to have you as helper and should highly consider giving you mod.

Deinen -1, looking at some of your posts you can be quite rude, I think you may need work on your people skills before any advancement. Nobody wants to be told they are not the most important person in the world and that staff have things to do. Staff should especially not be talking to players in these terms, it's bad customer service.
