Hello Reading,
In the past I loved working with you because you had a great attitude about almost every aspect of staff work. My only concern about this application is that you haven't been back long enough. I don't know the exact date of your leaving but I haven't seen you ingame or in the minecraft specific teamspeak channels. So if it is possible I would like to see you shouting more ingame and also hanging out in the minecraft related teamspeak channels so that we can be sure you are communicating with the community.

I realize that you just started playing again, I will leave that behind me. Although you were a great staff member I would be willing to give you a chance. You have the experience, you fit in with the community and you have the traits of a staff member.

Wow, I am so glad to see this Naythen.
You are so respectful, polite, inquisitive, and just an overall great member of the community. It was really upsetting when you resigned and became inactive, and I am so ecstatic that you have decided to come back. It would be absolutely amazing if you could return on the staff team. All your qualities are those of a great staff member. Again, I am really happy to see this. Major major major +1 from me!!
