I am on -1 for the moment, try on working with you'r flaws and good luck next time.
And I'm sorry to tell you ,but this app is way too short to be accepted. Next time try to work a bit more to get at least 10 lines on why you should be a staff member. But if you make a longer app in 1/2 weeks (can't remember how long you have to wait), I believe you have a good chance of becoming a new member of the staff. So don't let a denial push you down.
