This post, if not anything else, will get you denied. Also being rich out-of-game isn't really a thing that affects your ability to be a staff member.

I suggest working on your activity on the forums, ingame (shout activity as well) and on ts. I would also suggest working on your attitude and writing a better app next time!

Are you sure you have the right temperament to moderate a server full of people arguing with you?
