+1! :) Helpful, friendly, smart, and you know what you're doing. I think I had barely joined when you resigned in February. I do remember you coming to my aid once after that, when I asked in shout about how to tell whether my chest shop was working. Since then, I've seen you continue to be helpful and encouraging to others.
You do have a tendency to be a bit too blunt and argumentative sometimes, but I totally get that, and I think you know how to change how you communicate when needed. I'm a little concerned with the leaving and coming back, but I believe that you want this for the right reasons and would be a dedicated staff member while you have the job.
