Application: While this application did have some content, I believe you discussed your past terms as staff instead of telling us why you would make a good staff member now. If you have to write another application, I suggest sectioning up a lot of your "why" portion, to make the application more organized, and overall improve it immensely.
Activity: This is where it kills you, Dart. I have never been on TeamSpeak at the same time as you, though I understand you did not conquer it until recently. Your forum activity is average. In-game wise, I see you all the time.
