Bug: When you file a modreq, and the staff member and the modreqer aren't in the same world, so it shows the modreqer is offline, meaning the staff members sends modreqer a mail, and they don't get it immediately and are rather confused as to why I'm told to re-file when I was online and not AFK.....
Time/Date of Report: 6/3/2014, around 3 PM us CST
Steps to reproduce: Have one person file a modreq, /check in same world and different worlds.
Evidence: I don't have it, but it's not that hard to test.
