Crashing

I crash whenever I change worlds. Please fix this, as it is very very annoying.
It's my minecraft that crashes as a whole, so it's very irritating to start it up every time I want to get from some world to another.

Edit: I've tried waiting this out for around 3 days but nothing happened. This is extremely frustrating, please help.

If it's your whole minecraft crashing, this will probably just be a problem in your side and not the servers side. This has never happened to me personally, but I may be wrong.

You should really post the crash log.
