Each cake costs like 32 Meebles, you can only take so much at a time. I think the main concern here is lost money.

So you are the one who has been eating my decorative cakes.Outsiders being able to use anvils takes away having anvils at donor spawn as a perk. Because you can just go to a town and use some person's anvil just as easily as donors can use the ones at spawn.
On the other hand, public grinders won't be as nice anymore unless as mentioned above this was made into a separate plot permission.Oops I forgot. +1
