Try doing a /modreq ingame to see if a staff member can help you there. Depending on what caused it, you may have to sort this out with an admin. Sometimes a glitch has caused people to get kicked from the towns. There also was a rollback or two that may have wiped it, but if there were still remains of the town there, it's likely that it fell because there wasn't enough money in the bank to pay for daily upkeep. :(
After creating a town, always make sure to do /t deposit and put in enough Meebles to cover upkeep for a few days. That cost will be yours alone to pay until you get some residents who can pay taxes (if you choose to set them) to help cover it. I'm sorry for the loss of your town!
