I notice that your town seems to be safe and sound but I don't understand why you would be getting this error. Recently, my best friend (who isn't an avid player mind you) was kicked from my town because she couldn't pay taxes. She should have been exempt from taxes as she was set as a VIP. I believe something similar is happening to you, you may be paying taxes on your 11 plots, hence your getting kicked from the town and what not. I'm going to notify staff as this seems to be a very big issue. I am so sorry this is happening to you and hopefully we can help you and other players experiencing this problem very quickly! In the meantime, I implore you to set all your taxes at 0 and fund your town through your own money until this problem is resolved. Please keep us updated if you have a persisting problem like this and/or other town residents do.
