1. ALWAYS report any violation of the town rules to a mayor/co-mayor.
2. Never raid someones house without the mayor's permission.
3. Never get into a fight with residents of any town near yours.
4. Never get into a fight with residents of the town you reside in.
5. Complete all projects the mayor gives you on time.
6. Help out any residents with any issues that you can solve.
7. If it is a reasonable request, refund any residents of your town.
8. Never take anything from the town supply without the mayors permission.
9. ALWAYS assume that the mayor is right in issues that you do not understand.
10. Be friendly with any and all residents of the town including the mayor.
11. Never solve a big problem by yourself.
