Help Me! Infinite Falling

So I logged on today and was in a black screen, when i hit f5 It turned out there were black squares around me. I decided to see my cords (f3) and found out the i was constantly falling. At the time of posting this i'm @-28700 y and counting. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP

probabaly soon. sometimes closing browser and reopening mc works for me.

I know that yesterday Parkpur was down. Could you guys tell me which world you were in last?

If you need to get out of the void please poke a moderator on teamspeak because that way we'll quickly be able to get you out.
