Cannot Log Onto The Server

Hi guys.

I can log onto the server, but my sister cannot. Katya came to me one day and said that Minecraft had crashed. She told me that when she logged onto Meepcraft a java error popped up and minecraft closed automatically. I went to her computer and logged into meep. Sure enough, it did just what she had told me it did. So I tried logging into a multitude of other servers containing minigames that me and her played. All worked just fine.

So basically:
When my sisters gets on Meep, mc crashes. All other servers work though.

I know that this is usually a problem from our side, but because she can get on all the other servers I am thinking maybe it is a server issue. Not sure though.

If anyone could get me some feedback on how to fix this then please comment below :) Thanks!

never had this before.....but how long has this lasted? if its just today, itll probably fix itself. try completely closing the window and restart all over again. basically just wait a day if this is the first day this has happened, or maybe get a mod in on this.

It's been happening for a few days now, maybe even a week. We've restarted the computer and all that but nothing works. Thanks though! :D

so sorry about it. if i was mod id help you more. if i was you, id try to get a mod into this. they know what their doing, contrary to what alot of people say.

Do you know where she was before it happened? It may have something to do with her location in the game.

She was in spawn.

I think the best way to get this solved is when you are both able to get in game, you should file a /modreq with your account. She would need to keep trying to log in to get force tped out, so its easier to coordinate that in game.

Either that or one of you two get MCChat and try to log in with her account, it sometimes fixes issues.

Try changing your version, depending on what one your running right now, just make sure its something 1.7

Delete your .minecraft and re-download.

This Exact Thing happened to me about 2 months ago only meep wouldn't work and all I did was completely remove minecraft and redownload it and now it works perfectly fine

I will try to see if she has updated or not. It's her personal computer and all she does on it is play minecraft and animal jam with friends, so I don't think that she updates those things.

You need to delete the .minecraft folder and anything related to minecraft. Re-install the latest version of java and minecraft and try again. if not Idk. This happened to me a while back and that seemed to fix it.
