Can't Connect To Server

i come on minecraft multiplayer, finding that i can connect to every server i have... but meepcraft. i direct-connect but, instantly, it gives me the error message : java.net.ConnectException: Connection Refused: no further information:

i come on to the website and see that the server has 66 players online?

This happened to me too! I don't know if it's work yet though

EDIT : Working now, just my krappy new internet. getting used to it.
