Aha! You located the problem, I believe. We thought it was because of an external plugin but if it's in relation to the first player joining... maybe... I'll check on that after I make MeepTutorials.

How to Play

Colonies CTF is an exciting variant of Capture the Flag in which you can edit any part of the map. Construct fortifications and mine for weapons! If your team wins, each team member will get a prize of 5000 Meebles. Capture the Healing base in the center of the map to feed your team.
Win 10 points for capturing a flag.
Win 10 points for every following 30 seconds on a captured flag.
Win 1 point for killing another player.

Yeah, use /mc refreshplayers if there are invisible players. This invisiblity is not a bug with my plugin but a bug with another. I can add in a fix by making it so when the game starts it loops through all players and sets them to visible.

I also noticed stone axes killed instantly, it's really annoying.

Yeah, I fixed that too. :P Only problem left is the instant kill which I can't seem to fix, I tried some random stuff so let's wait for Fuzzlr to upload the latest version and see what happens. :P

So what is causing the map to not fully load occasionally? Btw I'm not trying to be a dissenter or anything, I'm just trying to sort things out for myself in the game. Also, does /mc refreshplayers make the invisible players visible to all players? or does it just the render them visible to the player who entered the command in?
