I get this a lot, I feel like the server has too much lag, and the chunks take a very long time to load, I also noticed that in the townywild, there are random chunks that do not load completely, Even when if i am staring right next to it. It pretty much removes a who chunk and then leaves load of water at the bottom. I suggestion buying a gaming router for the server, and then port forwarding all the servers on that router, I feel like that will make things less laggy and glitchy
